Mindfulness is a tool which helps people to manage their mental health and gain more enjoyment in life from awareness of the given moment. It involves making a special effort to give your full attention to what is happening in your body, your mind, in your surroundings. Mindfulness describes a way of approaching our thoughts and feelings so that we become more aware of them and react differently to them.
Time: from 25th April (2018) – Wednesday evenings
Who can participate: everyone who wants to meet with mindfulness face to face and learn constructive ways to address personal and social challenges. Scientific evidence show, that regular mindfulness practices can reduce stress and anxiety, help to be aware of the moment and find the sense of calmness.
Leading person: Elnora Jachjajeva, mindfulness practitioner, psychologist, a soon to be CBT psychotherapist.
Where: Psychotherapy and training center, Kęstučio st. 41a., Vilnius
Evenings are open to everyone, however, the number of participants is limited (up to 6 people), pre-registration is required.
